Supporting people and whānau through CANCER.
The Cancer Society provides practical information, support and services for people affected by cancer and their whānau — helping people navigate diagnosis, treatment and recovery and access the support that's right for them. In Canterbury, this includes Cancer Navigators and practical services such as transport to treatment.
Our PARTNERSHIP
Through our partnership with the Cancer Society, Dale’s DAY OUT gives families affected by cancer the opportunity to step away from treatment and appointments and enjoy a special day together.
The Cancer Society can refer families for a fully sponsored day at Willowbank Wildlife Reserve, with entry, food and drinks, travel support and a little extra all taken care of.
A chance to reconnect, experience nature and wildlife, have some fun and make memories that matter.
